This position delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position is responsible for promptly ensuring each customer's experience meets or exceeds expectations by guaranteeing each customer is promptly served in a comfortable, clean, friendly restaurant. The purpose of this position is to ensure smooth daily operations by performing a variety of tasks that contribute to customer satisfaction and overall efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all products are delivered to the customer within Whataburger service time standards.
• Demonstrating exceptional customer service standards to include offering refills to customers while in the dining room.
• Performing maintenance tasks as scheduled or assigned.
• Actively participating in all current sales promotions/marketing events during work time.
• Operating all designated customer service stations.
• Learning and applying the correct location for all items stored and used, such as food products, paper products, cleaning supplies, etc.
• Mopping spills or leaks quickly to prevent accidents.
• Demonstrating knowledge of proper handling and storage of all sanitizing and cleaning chemicals.
• Cleaning the customer service areas by following the proper procedures, including outside landscaping, building entrances, dining room tables and condiment stations, restrooms, and food production and storage units.
• Supporting customer service by stocking stations with an appropriate number of items to ensure continuous service.
• Following company cash handling policies.
