Class A Truck Driver - Recent Student Graduates

Now Hiring New CDL A Graduates - Start Your Driving Career Today

We are seeking motivated new CDL A graduates ready to launch their truckingcareers with a company that provides structure, support, and real growth opportunities. This entry-level role is designed for drivers with no experience or limited experience, offering hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a safe, confident, and successful professional driver.

  • Paid on-the-job training with an experienced mentor
  • Training Duration: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Training Pay: $650 per week
Training Completion
  • Earning per week: $ 1,200 to $ 1,400
  • Driving position: (Over-the-Road): 2 weeks out and 2 days home with your family
  • Weekly Miles: (2500~3000)
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class A tractor-trailer, including Dry Van loads, in a safe and professional manner.
  • Follow all D.O.T regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
  • Complete on-time pickups and deliveries as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and driver managers
  • Maintain accurate logs, trip sheets, and required documentation
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily
  • Represent the company with professionalism and reliability

Requirements
  • Valid CDL Class A license
  • Recent graduate from an accredited CDL school
  • Clean M.V.R and background Check
  • Ability to pass D.O.T drug screen
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
