Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage schedules for multiple financial projects simultaneously to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop detailed project timelines and milestones.
  • Communicate schedule changes and updates promptly to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate shifting priorities or unforeseen delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities and provide regular status reports.
  • Facilitate meetings and coordinate resources to support project execution according to schedule.
  • Use scheduling software and tools to optimize resource allocation and efficiency in project management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or similar role, preferably in Financial Services.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered.
