Requirements to Support This Client:

  • At least one year of recent experience in inbound call support within a customer-facing financial services setting.
  • Experience in financial services support is preferred but not mandatory.
  • A quiet and secure workspace to manage a steady flow of calls effectively.
  • Great News: Lower Tech Requirements! A wired internet connection with the required speeds (ping 25 Mbps; upload >10 Mbps; minimum 8 GB RAM).
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A background check and drug test will be required.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience in a customer-facing call center position, ideally involving online bill payments, financial institutions, or technical support.
  • Proficiency in customer service software or CRM systems, providing assistance via email, chat, or video calls.
