KPMG is excited to invite applications for the role of Associate Director of Digital Transformation within our Digital Nexus technology organization. This position offers a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional programs to effectively organize, prioritize, and monitor initiatives focused on process reengineering and automation; manage projects aimed at streamlining technology risk reviews, software development lifecycles, and operational workflows.
  • Act as a thought leader in process optimization, identifying and pursuing opportunities for substantial improvements; serve as the transformation lead for AI initiatives, aiding in prioritization, governance, roadmap visibility, and value tracking across various platforms and teams.
  • Develop and implement value-based metrics and reporting strategies for transformation projects, effectively linking financial, portfolio, and project performance data to actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and successful execution of transformation objectives.
  • Establish clear goals and improve reporting visibility to track progress and impact; utilize strong data analytics capabilities to connect diverse data sources and generate strategic insights.
  • Manage integrated, cross-functional projects and strategic roadmaps focusing on both process and AI transformation.
  • Maintain integrity, professionalism, and personal accountability to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

  • At least eight years of recent experience in operational excellence and quality management within a technology-driven environment.
  • A Master's degree from an accredited institution in business, engineering, information technology, or a related field is preferred; a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in IT service delivery, process redesign, and reengineering projects; strong program management skills, particularly related to AI and automation initiatives.
  • A robust background in data analytics, with a proven ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies to measure business value.
  • Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels; successful track record in promoting value-based thinking and metric-driven strategies within a large organization.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks, along with experience in developing business cases for transformation initiatives.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship; KPMG will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this role.
