PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Structural Fabrication: Build and assemble heavy-duty structural steel frameworks and enclosures from raw materials based on technical drawings.; Multi-Process Welding: Perform expert-level TIG, MIG, and Stick (SMAW) welding, as well as Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) on various metal thicknesses.; Precision Cutting: Execute Air Carbon Arc Cutting, ARC Gouging, and Plasma Cutting to prepare materials for assembly and repair.; Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure 100% accuracy in fabrication.; Pipe & Framework Welding: Perform specialized Pipe Welding and TIG Welding for integrated equipment systems and power centers.
