Builders FirstSource - 105 Littlejohn Street - Responsibilities: Coordinate the installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department.; Keeps management advised on any issues with deliveries, material shortages, backorders and customer complaints.; Coordinates delivery and installation of products/material at customers sites.; Obtains building permits and ensures that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off.; Tracks warranty accounts, handles claims and resolves customer complaints.
