Builders FirstSource - 105 Littlejohn Street - Responsibilities: Coordinate installation, paperwork, and repairs for the Installation department; Coordinate delivery and installation of products/material at customers sites; Ensure customer complaints are handled in a timely manner; Obtain building permits and ensure that all local permits are obtained, inspected, and signed off; Track warranty accounts, handle claims and resolve customer complaints
