Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within an industrial location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site contacts and/or local responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and other security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help to support the flow of authorized personnel, deliveries, and vendors across the location; Report maintenance issues, hazards, and policy violations observed during patrols, and help to support order and security-related awareness throughout the facility
