Material Handler - Warehouse & Shipping

Location: Greenville, SC

Shift: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Lunch 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $ 18.50/hr

Assignment Type: Temporary (12 Months)

Start Date: March 17, 2026

Join a global leader in rail technology and transportation solutions! This opportunity offers hands-on experience in a manufacturing and warehouse environment supporting the movement, storage, and shipment of materials used in critical transportation equipment.

What You'll Do

• Pull and stage parts for production areas

• Stock materials in designated warehouse locations

• Assist with shipping and receiving of incoming and outgoing materials

• Package and prepare customer orders for shipment, including wooden/overpack boxes

• Load trucks safely and accurately

• Operate industrial lift trucks and material handling equipment

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

• Complete production and quality documentation

• Follow company safety policies and quality standards

• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required

• At least 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience

• 2+ years of forklift experience preferred

• Ability to use a computer to read and enter basic data

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work overtime when needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and climb throughout the shift

• Frequently lift up to 35 lbs unassisted and 75 lbs with assistance

• Must wear required PPE including steel-toe boots, gloves, and safety glasses

• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures

Additional Information

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Employment offers are contingent upon completion of background screening, drug screening, and fitness for duty testing

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
