Position Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be able to follow directions and interpret retail operation documents.
Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs, engage in frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and other physical activities as needed.
Availability: Flexible schedule required, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills and Competencies: Strong customer focus, attention to detail, organizational skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build relationships.
Working Conditions:
Work in a retail store environment, with extended periods of standing and tasks that may involve lifting merchandise and moving displays. Exposure to varying temperatures while unloading trailers and occasional use of ladders.
