What Will You Be Doing? - Key Responsibilities

  • Providing outstanding customer service while maintaining all safety protocols.
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of customers in the reception area.
  • Handling incoming phone calls,screening and responding to inquiries in accordance with National Vision standards.
  • Interpreting managed care plans and retrieving required information from insurance providers as necessary.
  • Delivering accurate and essential information about our services to customers.
  • Efficiently scheduling and confirming appointments, follow-up visits, and classes.
  • Organizing and filing patient records daily while preparing files for upcoming appointments.
  • Checking on order statuses and informing customers of their orders and any delays.
  • Maintaining a clean reception area stocked with necessary materials.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing daily mail and deliveries while managing office supply inventory.
  • Participating in scheduled team communication meetings to improve service delivery.

Are You the Right Fit? - Candidate Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Associate, or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience or training is desirable.
  • Familiarity with managing multiple phone lines is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
