PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Your main responsibility is the high-precision TIG welding and fabrication of custom stainless steel components, ensuring every unique build meets exact client specifications.; Custom Fabrication: Perform expert-level TIG (GTAW) welding primarily on stainless steel, managing complex joints and varying metal thicknesses.; Material Preparation: Clean, de-burr, and prep stainless surfaces to ensure weld integrity and prevent contamination in a high-purity environment.; Blueprint Reading: Interpret complex technical drawings and welding symbols to execute one-off custom assemblies without error.; Fit-up & Alignment: Use clamps, jigs, and precision fixtures to align custom components; perform tack welds to secure assemblies for final passes.
