Taco Bell - - Responsibilities: Lead shifts and ensure customer satisfaction following MIC routines; Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance standards; Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders; Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance and coach accordingly; Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates and in Profit & Loss management
