SC Pay Grade GEN06 $37,200 - $48,300 - $59,500

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the CCE - Corp and Continuing Edu department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.

  • 25Live Course Scheduling/Locations : Maintain 25Live software to include scheduling CCE courses for service departments and the college's overall schedule while interfacing with the Office of Academic Assessment and Compliance. Prepare Student Information System reports for CCE courses as needed for assistance with scheduling 25 Live. Verify correct course and date entry utilizing reports and other error-checking methods. Maintain locations in the CCE student information system. Serve on the college scheduling team.
  • Coordinate all processes to create and maintain continuing education Master Course List. Coordinate all processes to create and maintain courses and class sections in student information system. Work with departments to ensure all course changes and requests are completed accurately to ensure compliance with college-wide and State Tech policies. Maintain the State Tech database of approved programs for Corporate and Continuing Education. Modern Campus divisional point of contact for support and maintenance of system options. Serve as point of contact for Office of Academic Assessment and Compliance department: Licensure disclosure, Prior Learning Assessment (PLA), PACT co-chair, and the Curriculum Committee. Maintain list of sunset courses.
  • Support course delivery by providing administrative support such as creating course files, making sure classroom is setup, materials are assembled, instructors are provided course materials via classroom or campus mail, and certificates are printed and mailed when needed. Maintain files to satisfy auditor requirements. Complete paperwork for duals, adjunct instructors, part-time camp workers, customized and public billings, purchasing (requisitions/check requests/PO/blanket accounts and P-card). Provides coordination of calendars.
  • Advise students-present career path/funding options to telephone inquiries and walk-ins as first point of contact. Serve as receptionist for office area. Responsible for providing information about classes, answering potential and current student questions about assigned classes. Provides direction to appropriate resources or staff. Communicates information to other areas in the division (registration, etc.) about programs. Serves on internal committees that impact processes. Ensures that website has accurate and consistent information and provides department staff with needed updates and action items. Contributes to the accuracy and quality of departmental publications by assisting with course catalog creation and reviewing catalog content and departmental marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A high school diploma and relevant program experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required program experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of continuing education programs, Experience in Modern Campus Lifelong Learning Workforce and Community: creating courses/classes/schedules, updating settings, and submitting support tickets. Experience updating the GTC CCE State Tech Programs list. Customer service and call center experience.
