Menasha Corp - - Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams or schematics to determine appropriate welding process; Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness; Start up and shut down machines properly; Troubleshoot, identify and correct machine/rack-related problems through proper adjustments to various parts of the machine; Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain CI, 5S and STW activities
