Quality Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Responsible for any assigned audits and documentation requirements.
• Daily reporting to Quality Manager about plant issues.
• Maintain and report key quality metrics.
• Train new leaders and inspectors in their job functions .
• Validate and assist in the development of verification and error proofing practices.
• Committed to achieving world class performance standards.
• Build strong working relationships with customer representatives.
• Provides excellent customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
• Responsible for administering the Quality Assurance process consistent with customer specifications or requirements both on incoming materials and products.
• Participate in plant cost reduction/improvement program.
• Ensure compliance to plants policies and procedures.
• When any defects occur, determine which department is responsible and request action plan.
• Manage corrective actions for all processes.
• Follows-up with customer(s) as needed to ensure satisfaction with performance and quality.

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent problem solving techniques.
• Experience with supervision and team development skills.
• Error proofing knowledge.
• Lean Manufacturing Practices knowledge.
• Familiar with Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
• Understanding of TS 16949.
• Ability to give constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Excellent communication skills (listening, oral, written and presentation).
• Ability to work Off Shift.
