We're looking for a dedicated Part Time Customer Support Associate to join our team! Your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their shopping experience is enjoyable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Accurately operating the cash register and handling transactions efficiently.
• Providing services at the customer service counter.
• Maintaining security and accountability of all funds in the cash register.
• Serving as a floor monitor when necessary, and stepping in as a cashier or bagger as appropriate.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Personal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities that foster a positive shopping environment.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in reading and writing simple correspondence in English, and effectively presenting information to customers and team members.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and handle American currency.
• Reasoning Ability: Capability to follow detailed instructions and address straightforward problems.

Physical Requirements: This job may require you to stand, walk, lift and move items up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally. Specific vision requirements include close vision as well as color and depth perception.

Work Environment: You may encounter occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level is usually moderate, and reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.
