Fall Season Staffing - Mandatory Event Availability

All hires must be available for major fall festivals and events:

• Indie Craft Parade - Sept 12-14
• Euphoria - Sept 18-21
• Fall for Greenville - Oct 9-12
• Hog & Barrel - Oct 24-26

These events are all-hands-on-deck. Team participation is required for these high-energy, high-profile weekends.
Job Details

• Position: Armed & Unarmed Security Officer
• Employment Type:
  
  • Full-Time: 35+ hours/week
  • Part-Time: under 29 hours/week
• Shifts: Primarily evenings, nights, and weekends
• Pay:
  
  • Unarmed: $15.25-$17.00/hr
  • Armed: $17.00-$19.00/hr
• Licensing: SC SLED Security Card (Armed or Unarmed) recommended but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide a visible, professional security presence
• Engage guests and clients with a friendly, service-focused attitude
• De-escalate and resolve issues as needed
• Work closely with law enforcement when necessary
• Write clear, professional incident reports
• Attend and complete training (initial 8-12 hours; more available for advancement)
• Follow company protocols and supervisor directives

Requirements

• Must be 18+ for unarmed and 21+ for armed positions
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Active cell phone with call, text, and data
• Solid judgment and critical thinking abilities
