Lead Operator - 3rd Shift

Join a leading textile manufacturer as a Team Lead In Training on 3rd shift. This is a hands-on leadership role guiding a production team to meet safety, quality, and production goals in a positive and team-focused environment.

Typical Schedule: 3 to 4 nights a week, 7pm to 7am (12hr shifts). Training on 1st shift may be required (TBD).

Pay rate: $28.00 - $32.00/hr DOE

Once trained, Team Leads earn $33-35 an hour. This position will include the $2.00 shift diff on the base pay rate.

What You'll Do:
• Lead operations of the NP3 textile process
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Coordinate team schedules, training, and work assignments
• Communicate effectively across shifts and with leadership
• Monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement
• Support a culture of respect, fairness, and accountability

What We're Looking For:
• High school diploma or GED required (Associate's or Technical Degree preferred)
• 5+ years in manufacturing, with leadership experience
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and computer skills
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities
