Warehouse Environment

Physical Demands

• Lift or move +100 pounds

• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking

• Effective communication and hearing skills

• Frequent use of hands and fingers for various tasks

• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

• Vision is essential for safety in the warehouse.

Essential Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.

• Stage deliveries for optimal organization.

• Store products in designated locations efficiently.

• Ensure inventory is properly dated and rotated.

• Inspect products for defects and damages during shipping and receiving.

• Obtain appropriate signatures on paperwork.

• Assist in customer pickups with exceptional service.

• Participate in quality assurance processes for inbound and outbound shipments.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as order pickers safely.

• Maintain cleanliness in the warehouse and surrounding grounds.

• Sanitize products according to standards.

• Complete all training and certifications by the deadline.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

• Communicate professionally with all contacts.

• Adhere to company policies regarding appearance and brand representation.

• Report any concerns or issues to leadership.

Non-Essential Responsibilities

• Participate in company initiatives and tasks requested by supervisors.

• Engage in educational opportunities to improve job knowledge.

• Contribute improvements ideas for the team and company.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Professional Experience

• 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred

• Understanding of powered industrial trucks and safety protocols.

Compensation:

Competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. Additional bonus opportunities may be available at the discretion of the Company.
