LCS Senior Living - 1 Hoke Smith Boulevard - Responsibilities: Assists in the planning, scheduling and supervising of kitchen personnel; Assists in the development of all menus and assures implementation and production of these menus; Develops work assignments for all kitchen personnel, assigning special jobs and spot checking work to insure standards are met; Assists in all ordering, receiving and proper storage of all food and supplies; Monitors all line checks, temperature logs and systems pertaining to the kitchen operation
