Job Details

Primary Function:

Responsible for operating manufacturing machines for passive components industry. This position will be responsible for reading and understanding the process specifications, using process controls, completing shop floor paperwork and inspecting for quality.

Initial pay rate: $17.28

Monday - Friday, 7am - 3pm.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Visual Sort
• Perform Electricals: Cap/DF/Volt
• Burn-In: Identify tooling, Load/Unload boards and load/unload ovens, perform continuity checks, Identify failures, use of multimeter
• Run the 2 machines for IR with heat and room temperatures
• Start and finish the thermal shock machine
• Laser Mark machine

SKILLS:

• Able to perform simple data entry and use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Working knowledge of basic math arithmetic, negative numbers, decimals and fractions.
• Able to read and understand technical reports, process specifications, and office correspondence.

• High School diploma, AS Degree or equivalent required
• 1 years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment
• Willing and able to lift up to 20 lbs. daily
