Production Operator - Contract to Hire

OpSource Staffing is hiring Production Operators for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a reputable manufacturing partner. This position offers competitive pay, steady hours, and the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with benefits.

Shift Options Available

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday night - Friday morning | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Principal Accountabilities

• Perform furnace setups, breakdowns, and load equipment
• Complete and maintain all required paperwork accurately
• Inspect incoming parts and verify counts
• Clean parts as required
• Follow written and detailed work instructions
• Ensure lots are kept separate at all times
• Package parts for shipping
• Report any irregularities or improvement opportunities to the Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High School Diploma or GED OR minimum of 2 years of work experience
• Ability to demonstrate high school-level reading, writing, and math skills

Qualifications

• Previous forklift/hi-lo experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
