Job description: Brand Ambassador / Entry-Level Sales Representative

United Roofing - Greenville, SC

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour + bonuses + performance pay

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday | Peak Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

We are hiring Brand Ambassadors (Entry-Level Sales Representatives) to help us expand. In this role, you will meet homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce United Roofing's services, and schedule roof inspections with our expert sales team.

This is an entry-level opportunity with structured training and a clear path into higher earning sales roles and leadership positions.

Compensation

$15/hour starting base pay
$16/hour after certification (2-4 weeks)
$15 for every completed inspection scheduled
$150 bonus for every signed contract generated from your lead

Quarterly bonuses based on contract revenue generated
There is no cap on performance bonuses, allowing motivated team members to significantly increase their income.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Drivers License + Reliable transportation required
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
