Job Details

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems. Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs. Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. Assign work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently. Inspect new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Impact the quality of own work. Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
