As an after-hours hospice RN, you will advocate for your patients, ensuring effective communication with the patient, their family, and our hospice care team. Your role as a patient advocate is vital in ensuring every individual receives the exceptional care they deserve. This salaried full-time position requires coverage from 5 PM on Friday until 8 AM on Monday. You will receive comprehensive support through our 24/7 RN-staffed Triage Department along with your local hospice team.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for serving patients and families with the highest standard of care.
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a valid state license as a registered nurse.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation and the physical ability to sit, stand, bend, and lift at least 80-100 lbs, effectively supporting average adult weight.
