Your Day-to-Day: As an HVAC/R Technician III, you'll:

• Specialist in HVAC/R repair with additional responsibilities for the maintenance and/or repair of a variety of physical plant and specialized equipment
• This is a leadership role working with all Tech I & II positions, including training, and management of inventory, workorders, call priority, and company vehicle management

What You Bring to the Table:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience: 5+ years in HVAC or refrigeration repair and maintenance
• Certifications: EPA 608 (Type I and II or Universal) Certification
• Valid Driver's License
• Skills: Ability to lead teams, provide peer-to-peer Tech support, project/stretch assignments, and facility location ownership
