AdaptHealth - - Responsibilities: Perform patient assessment and re-assessment for patient care; Maintain home oxygen systems through regularly scheduled visits to customers; Safely drive and maintain company vehicle; Complete required documentation following equipment setup, delivery or pickups; Educate customers in proper use and care of respiratory and HME equipment in a home setting
