We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer with extensive experience in the Property and Casualty (P C) Commercial Lines domain, specifically with a strong focus on Guidewire DataHub InfoCenter. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that enhance our insurance operations. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Guidewire DataHub InfoCenter.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to P C insurance and Guidewire.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in P C Commercial Lines, specifically with Guidewire Policy Center.
• Proficient in Java and related technologies.
• Experience with Guidewire development tools and frameworks.
• Solid understanding of insurance business processes and workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SQL Server. SSIS, SSRS, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, SAP BODS
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
• Experience with database management systems and SQL.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on P C insurance solutions.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
