CNC Operator | Taylors, SC

Are you mechanically inclined and detail-oriented with experience in machine operation? Join our team in Taylors, SC and help produce high-quality springs that meet precise specifications. We are looking for dependable individuals committed to safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Position: CNC Operator

Location: Taylors, SC

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: 1 st Shift, 7:00AM-3:30PM (Overtime as needed)

** Must pass a comprehensive background check **

What You'll Do:
Set up and operate automatic machines to form, coil, heat-treat, and grind wire into springs.
Interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications.
Adjust machine settings to maintain proper tolerances and quality standards.
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Monitor production runs and troubleshoot mechanical issues as needed.
Conduct routine machine maintenance and report equipment malfunctions.
Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Frequent bending, reaching, and use of manual dexterity
