We are currently seeking a Wellness Nurse Coach to join our dynamic team.

Work Schedule:
24-32 hours per week, with flexible shifts spread across 3-4 days.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Wellness Nurse Coach, you will:

  • Travel to assigned client sites to conduct health evaluations.
  • Review Health History Questionnaires submitted by participants.
  • Interpret individual blood lab test results.
  • Collect data on weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat, and fitness levels.
  • Assist participants in setting health goals and offer tailored recommendations.
  • Conduct evaluations via teleconference when in-person visits are unfeasible.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Nurse Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a valid Registered Nursing License in applicable states.
  • Current CPR certification is required.
  • Possess an active Driver's License.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle with valid personal auto insurance.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications.
  • Exceptional motivational and coaching abilities.

Physical and Availability Requirements:

  • Sitting: Frequently (25% - 50% of the time).
  • Standing: Frequently (25% - 50% of the time).
  • Walking: Frequently (25% - 50% of the time).
  • Bending: Occasionally (less than 25% of the time).
  • Lifting: Up to 75 lbs.
  • Able to communicate effectively and interpret information accurately.
  • Capable of operating standard office equipment, including computers and copiers.
  • Commitment to working all scheduled hours, which may include potential overtime.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.
