Miracle Hill Ministries is South Carolina's largest and most comprehensive provider of homeless services. At our core, we exist to serve people experiencing homelessness-physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We share the Good News of Jesus with them as they move toward independence, stability, and healthy relationships.

Summary / Purpose of Position:

Drives truck over assigned route to deliver stock to thrift stores, completes donor pickups and services donation centers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises and assists loading and unloading truck
• Completes and submits Truck Mileage Daily log, Driver Daily Checklist and work orders
• Performs routine maintenance checks and cleans truck
• Plans daily route for maximum efficiency
• Projects ministry values and philosophy to clients, donors and ministry employees
• Operates truck in accordance with all laws and rules of safe operation and vehicle performance
• Has a willingness to share the good news of Jesus Christ, give a personal testimony and pray with/for those served by the ministry
• Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include training clients, planning, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and solving problems. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications/Education/Certification:

• Education or equivalent experience: High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred, but not required
• Years of experience: 1 year
• License/Certification: Valid SC Driver's License is required
• MVR record must meet MHM insurance criteria
• DOT physical required
• Ability to pass a road test
