Serve as the primary front-line customer service representative by answering phones, greeting visitors, processing incoming mail, and providing general information about agency programs. Complete fiscal activities including creating shopping carts/authorizations, emailing purchase orders, documenting goods receipts, and processing invoices in compliance with agency policies. Review monthly Quality Assurance Open Encumbrance reports and follow up with vendors/service providers to confirm receipt of goods and services. Schedule appointments with service providers and notify consumers using their preferred method of contact. Provide administrative support including assembling and maintaining case files, document preparation, photocopying, faxing, and filing.
