The Maintenance Manager leads a dedicated team, orchestrating all aspects of preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upkeep across our plant and warehouse operations. This role is hands-onguiding supervisors, technicians, tool makers, and support staff to ensure our production equipment and tooling run smoothly and efficiently. By fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement, the Maintenance Manager keeps our operations running at peak performance. What you can look forward to as Maintenance Manager: Ensure maximum up time on all manufacturing equipment to include, but not limited to machining, assembly, and shop equipment. Maintain preventive maintenance programs to include predictive techniques and methods. Implement continuous improvement activities designed to increase up time and equipment efficiencies.
