Job Details

Assemble and weld parts and/or frames according to engineering drawings and print specifications. Align, fit, and clamp workpieces using measuring tools, hand tools, fixtures, jigs, or vises to ensure proper positioning prior to welding. Clean workpieces to remove dirt, oil, rust, or excess material using chemical solutions, files, wire brushes, grinders, or other appropriate tools. Perform MIG and/or TIG welding along adjoining edges of workpieces using appropriate welding equipment and techniques. Grind, cut, buff, bend, or otherwise prepare edges of workpieces to ensure proper fit and weld integrity using power and hand tools. Inspect completed welds and assemblies for defects, accuracy, and conformance to specifications. Rework defective welds, seams, or broken parts as required to meet quality standards.
