JD -

1. · Strong experience in structural design for modular buildings/data centers, including seismic, thermal, and international building code compliance.
2. · Proficiency in detailed structural engineering tasks—foundation design, static/dynamic (blast) calculations, mechanical/structural components, and material specifications.
3. · Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering (architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil) and manage external engineering partners.
4. · Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, construction drawings, welding/NDE specifications, and fabrication quality control.
5. · Strong communication, project management, and problem‑solving skills with capability to support customer requirements and onsite/remote engineering activities.
