• Complete PLACE Launch to establish the foundational habits and models that drive consistent closings and a scalable business.
• Leverage Proven Lead Generation Systems by following our weekly models to build a reliable pipeline of motivated buyers and sellers.
• Consult and Convert Active Buyer Leads by guiding clients through the process with professionalism, expertise, and signed buyer agreements.
• Develop Strong Negotiation Skills to write competitive offers, protect client interests, and strengthen your professional reputation.
• Track Activities and Progress in PLACE Technology to stay organized, accountable, and focused on revenue-generating priorities.
• Host a Minimum of Two Open Houses Per Month to increase exposure, attract qualified buyers, and enhance live conversion skills.
• Turn Conversations into Appointments by following proven prospecting scripts and lead generation strategies that fill your calendar consistently.
• Participate in Weekly Skills Training including script practice, objection handling, and closing techniques that build confidence and mastery.
• Engage with a Culture of Excellence by collaborating with high-performing peers committed to growth and mutual success.
• Attend Weekly Training and 1:1 Coaching for personalized support, strategic guidance, and accountability.
• Win and Service Listing Agreements by delivering a consultative experience, strategic pricing, effective staging, and world-class marketing.
• Master the Listing Process to position homes competitively, achieve top-market results, and increase both volume and income.
