Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 annually
Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Nurse Practitioner to join a behavioral health setting. This role involvesworking collaboratively under physician supervision to provide comprehensive medical care to patients ranging in age from 5 to 100 years old.

The Nurse Practitioner will conduct history & physicals (H&Ps), oversee care planning, manage admissions medical reviews, support risk management processes, and evaluate patient responses to treatment. This position also plays a key role in maintaining the therapeutic environment and responding to medical emergencies when needed.
Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and H&Ps
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Complete medical reviews for admissions and risk management
• Evaluate patient response to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Support Employee Health and HR-related medical involvement when required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Active South Carolina RN license
• MSN degree
• Certified Nurse Practitioner in South Carolina
• Current South Carolina prescriptive authority
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience
• At least 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner

• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable working with physically and/or mentally ill patients
• Ability to work collaboratively with medical, nursing, and administrative staff
