Detailed Job Description:
1. Provide technical support for users of the 3DEXPERIENCE 2018x+ platform across various modules
2. Knowledge of MQL, TCL scripting, JSPs, JPO
3. Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues.
4. Collaborate with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
5. Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively address recurring issues.
6. Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption.
7. Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
8. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
9. Assist in software installations, configurations, and compatibility checks.
10. Stay updated on new 3D technologies, applications, and industry trends.
11. Co-ordinate with offshore team on tickets resolution.

Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years total experience; 5+ years relevant experience
