We're looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer's agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You'll be responsible for fielding incoming leads, working our database, adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.

This is a position with Cindy Fox Miller & Associates, part of Keller Williams Upstate Legacy. Your earnings are 100% commission-based and directly tied to your effort, dedication, and productivity. There is no salary or guaranteed income.

Qualifications

Motivation to succeed. We'll provide training and systems, and the person who succeeds in this role at a high level will be a self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mentality.
Team Spirit: A commitment to collaboration and contributing to a high-performing team.
Must have a valid Real Estate License
Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
