Customer Service Representative

Cleveland Park Animal Hospital of Greer is currently on the search for a full-time customer service representative.

VETERINARY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Resume Required

This is a "People Person" job.

MUST LOVE PETS!

Receptionist job description includes but is not limited to:

Strong computer and phone skills

Exceptional record keeping

Multi-tasking

Ability to triage and schedule appointments and walk-ins and/or emergencies

Processing prescription refill requests

Admitting and discharging multiple patients at once

Light housekeeping

Qualified candidates must be able to: Multi-task in a fast-paced working environment- Maintain a high level of organization and communication. Maintain accurate medical records. Provide consistent quality customer service to every client and patient. Accurately process invoices and payments when services are rendered as needed.

Position can be rewarding, but can also be high stress. Applicant must be friendly, easygoing, able to work 4 hours every other Saturday.
