What your day will look like:

• Manage inbound calls from customers seeking assistance with insurance enrollment, plan information, and general support.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, complete enrollment steps, and support campaign initiatives.
• Guide customers through the enrollment process while ensuring all regulatory and compliance standards are met.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Life & Health SC Insurance License
• Experience in customer service, call center operations, or insurance enrollment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Word and Excel
