VENTEON and Harvard Resource Solutions are hiring a Manufacturing Engineer (1 for Assembly, 1 for Machining, and 1 for Tooling) to work in Greenville, SC. You will provide manufacturing support and work on continuous improvement projects.

POSITION TYPE: Full time. In- plant. PAY: Based on education level and years of relevant experience.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Engineer for Assembly:

• Preferred B.S. Engineering (or equivalent experience working in engineering role for 5+ years).
• Background in automotive or industrial assembly needed.
• Experience with camera detection (Keyence, Cognex, etc.).
• Preferred: background with TOX or Kistler presses and data collection, leak testing.
• Preferred skills: hands-on experience with Siemens HMIs / controls.
• Experience working with hands-on for process improvements. Strong critical thinking skills.

Duties of the Manufacturing Engineer for Assembly:

• Improving / continuous improvement projects working hand-in-hand with Manufacturing Facilities Engineering (MFE) personnel.
• Updating routings in SAP and supporting in launches / industrialization of new variants.
• Creating work instructions, data setting sheets, and other documentation.
• Working with other MFEs and departments to improve OEE through process optimizations.
• Working with assembly teams to improve detection / cameras.
• Data analysis (scrap, quality, downtime) to define actions with the team.
