Job Title: Senior Design Engineer

Location: Greenville, SC

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000

The Role

This position is central to ensuring the highest quality standards in prefabricated steel structure production. By maintaining compliance with AISC and AWS standards, you'll safeguard accuracy, durability, and reliability in projects that connect communities nationwide. Your role helps deliver on time, within budget, and at the highest level of precision.

Day to day

• Lead structural design projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Coordinate with design, drafting, and construction teams.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5+ years' experience in structural or bridge design.
• Strong knowledge of AASHTO and related standards.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficient in design software and Microsoft Office.
