We're looking for someone who is a visionary leader, is spiritually resilient, and is a shepherd who loves people to participate in our 13-month church planting Residency Program. • Develop a comprehensive ministry playbook and theological framework for future church planting through guided study, practical application, and full engagement with NewSpring's culture and values
• Serve in rotating ministry assignments across all church departments including Guest Services, Discipleship, KidSpring, Fuse, Worship Arts, and others to gain comprehensive hands-on experience
• Complete all assigned coursework, training sessions, and Residency activities in a timely manner
• Function as an active member of the campus ministry team, fulfilling pastoral duties and ministry assignments under the direct guidance of the Campus Pastor
