To undertake the effective receipt, storage, movement and control of all materials to support the business. To liaise with Supply Chain, user groups, third parties, client and Supply Base & Marine contractors to ensure that all materials and equipment are received, marshalled and shipped in accordance with company procedures and internal controls.
Accountable for the successful delivery of all materials and logistics activities that they are responsible for, including but not limited to:
Qualifications:
Qualified to ISCED Level 3 (Upper Secondary)
Dangerous Goods by Sea & Air (not essential, role specific)
Manual handling / Forklift licence experience (not essential, role specific)
Knowledge, skills and experience:
Minimum of 3 years materials / logistics experience demonstrating results
Varied and detailed work experience in the industry which would allow understanding of and exposure to key material control and logistics concepts and principles
Previous use of ERPs such as Maximo, Oracle, SAP
Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of tools
