Responsibilities
Support the SAP Warehouse Management System by managing and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
Process and validate incoming work orders using SAP.
Create and oversee purchase requisitions, delivery documents, pick tickets, cycle count sheets, and standard reports (KPIs).
Troubleshoot production orders, receiving challenges, inventory discrepancies, and other transactional issues.
Assist the warehouse team with order-related challenges, product returns, and handling of nonconforming products.
Identify root causes of order discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Follow safety practices and contribute to a positive and safe work environment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP MM and WM modules.
Strong problem-solving skills within a dynamic team environment.
Knowledgeable in materials distribution or logistics processes related to inventory management.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Proficient in data entry with strong troubleshooting abilities within SAP.
Able to adapt to a continuously changing environment.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office Suite.
Develop a solid understanding of the products managed.
Experience using SAP in a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is essential.
Physical Demand
80-100% of duties involve inventory-related tasks.
0-20% of responsibilities pertain to continuous process improvement, training, and mentoring.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Engage in repetitive motion and manual handling tasks.
Involves walking and standing for extended periods.
Requires basic math skills for maintaining inventory records and understanding process improvements.
