Your Key Duties as a Housekeeping Professional

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring every corner of the hotel conforms to our rigorous hygiene, comfort, and presentation standards.

  • Area Cleaning: Perform thorough cleaning of hotel areas including guestrooms, lobby, corridors, elevators, laundry facilities, and stairways in accordance with company standards and timelines.
  • Replenishing Supplies: Restock essential supplies such as bathroom necessities, drinking glasses, linens, and towels in various locations, including guest rooms and restrooms.
  • Waste Management: Efficiently and hygienically manage the transport of trash and waste to disposal areas.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Organize and maintain housekeeping carts and equipment, ensuring they are always ready for use.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, contributing to a positive atmosphere throughout the property.

Commitment to Safety and Support

Your role extends to safety compliance and supporting key operational tasks like laundry.

  • Safety & Security: Adhere strictly to safety and security policies to guarantee your safety, the safety of guests and their belongings, and the protection of company property.
  • Chemical Handling: Employ all materials, chemicals, and tools responsibly to prevent injury and accidents.
  • House Laundry: Undertake laundry tasks including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and terry.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist in cleaning and organizing the House and Commercial Laundry areas.
