• 1st Shift
• Monday through Friday
• 5:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Some Saturdays required
• 12-hour shifts

• Perform Aluminum TIG welding
• Complete occasional thin steel welding
• Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on, team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Build real-world experience to grow into a skilled TIG welder

• Welding certificate required
• Recent high school graduates, technical school graduates, and welding program graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
